ایران از سوی برجام معامله زیان آوری داشته است. بعد از رعایت دقیق در برنامه اتمی خود این معامله ادغام مجدد مالی و اقتصادی که وعده داده شده است را به وجود نیاورد. بر عکس آن موانعی که قبل از آن پیش روی شرکت های ایرانی وجود داشت به اوج سطوح قبل از برجام باز میگردند. اما حتی بدون شامل بودن آمریکا برجام هنوز نشان دهنده بهترین راه حل میان تا دراز مدت برای ایران است. عمل کردن بر خلاف شرایط آن نامعقولانه خواهد بود که باعث از بین رفتن حسن نیت بین المللی که تا به حال ایران به دست آورده است خواهد شد. تصمیم گیری تهران در فرسایش تعهد خود به برجام برای جامعه شرکت های ایرانی نا امید کننده بوده است . بسیاری در ایران برای موضع دولت همدردی میکنند. ادامه رعایت تعهد به برجام   با تناقض دولت آقای ترامپ در آمریکا و آهستگی در د ناک وهر چند حمایت کننده واکنش اتحادیه اروپا برخورد کرده است. ولی علیرغم حس غیر عادلانه شرکت ها نگران موضع جدید ایران میباشند. در حالیکه درگیر رکود اقتصادی عمیق هستند عدم تعامل با قوانین برجام مطمئنا ً ایجاد انزوای اقتصادی بیشتری خواهد بود. ریال ایران بیش از ٪٦٠ ار

Iran’s reckless ultimatum Iran has seen a raw deal from the JCPOA. After strict compliance in its nuclear programme, the deal has not delivered the financial and economic reintegration it promised. On the contrary, the obstacles facing Iranian businesses are returning to the levels of the pre-JCPOA peak. But even without US involvement, the deal still represents the best medium- to long- term solution for Iran. It would be foolish to burn the international goodwill Iran has earned by reneging on its terms.
